Terms & Conditions

  • Rates are net inclusive of Wi-Fi, TAX and service charged.
  • Check-in time is after 13:00 hrs and check-out time is before 12:00 hrs (Noon)
  • Late check-out is only available when the room is available for the following day
  • Latest check-out time between 12:00 – 16:00 hrs will be charged 50% of the room fee. After 16:00hrs, customers will be fully charged.
  • Smoking in the building and a room subject to fine at 500 baht.
  • The rates are subjected to change without prior notice unless customers pay for a reservation in advance.
  • Addition person aged more than 8 years old is charged 250 baht per night.
  • Credit Card Accepted with 3% charge
  • Room prices vary on exchange rate in each period.
  • In each room allow only 1 child under 8 years old without extra charge.
  • Cancellation should be made at least 3 days in advance of your stay, or we will charge the equivalent of one night's stay from your credit card.
